The summer comes and you can step into the summer dresses freely, it’s time to get rid of the extra pounds.

With this diet in a healthy way 15 days are lost 15 kg.

The breakfast is the same over all 15 days and consists of 1 fruit (orange, peach, bulb, watermelon, must not be banana or grapes) duplex, cup unsweetened coffee or tea.

1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 pot of sour milk
Dinner:

2 tomatoes or 2dl tomato juice
2 boiled eggs
1/2 head of lettuce or cucumber
2 pieces of duplex

Lunch:

1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 pot of sour milk
Dinner:

125 grams of boiled veal
1 tomato
1 orange
1 duplex
1 cup of tea
3 day

Lunch:

1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 pot of sour milk
1 lettuce or cucumber
Dinner:

125 grams of boiled veal
1 orange
1 duplex
1 cup tea or coffee without sugar
4 den

Lunch:

125 grams of cow cheese
1 tomato
1 duplex
Dinner:

125 grams of boiled veal
2 tomatoes
1 apple
1 duplex
5 day

Lunch:

200 grams of boiled meat or fish
1 tomato
1 duplex
Dinner:

1/2 kilogram of cooked vegetables (carrots, potatoes or peas)
1 boiled egg
1 duplex

* Meat and cooked vegetables.

On the 6th and 7th days a break is made and the diet is not held. During the diet, alcohol must not be consumed.

After the 5th day they are lost from 2.5 to 5 kg, and after two days break the diet repeats 3 times (5 days + 2 days break) and lose 15 kg without any health consequences.

Kilograms will not return if you eat normally after the diet, except every Monday.

On Mondays

Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice without sugar

Lunch: 1 apple, 1 duplex

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 drip
